BoostMyMoney Loyalty Program

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF  BOOSTMYMONEY LOYALTY PROGRAM 

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, User (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with BoostMyMoney Terms and Conditions, Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions, and Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) BoostMyMoney Terms and Conditions; (ii) these terms and conditions; (iii) Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions; (iv) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (v) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign period:
4 March 2024 – 31 December 2024

Eligibility:
This Campaign is applicable to all BoostMyMoney registered users on Boost mobile application (“Boost App”) (“Users”).

Campaign Mechanics:
Users get up to 3x Boost Stars (“Reward”) when Users make deposit and maintain Monthly Average Balance (MAB) of RM500.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Promotion is only valid for Users who have each registered a BoostMyMoney account through Boost App.
2. Users must maintain a minimum Monthly Average Balance (MAB) of RM500 (“Minimum Criteria”) to be entitled to receive the corresponding Rewards as described in the table below.

Monthly Average Balance (MAB) is the summation of each day end balance for each month divided by the number of calendar days for that month.

For clarity: 

(A) If a User fails to maintain the Minimum Criteria in a month, the calculation of the Rewards for such User to be entitled to receive will reset and begin over from the following month.
(B) So long as the User’s first met the Minimum Criteria within the Campaign Period, and continue to maintain the Minimum Criteria in subsequent months consecutively, the User will be eligible to receive the Reward subject to meeting the Minimum Criteria each month and the terms herein. 
(C) If a User first met the Minimum Criteria in the month after the Campaign Period expires/ this Campaign ends, the User is not entitled to receive the Reward under this Campaign.

3. When a User meets the Minimum Criteria in a month, the corresponding Reward will be credited to the User’s BoostUP account by the 3rd day of the subsequent month, and so on in similar manner (subject to meeting the Minimum Criteria each month and the terms herein).
4. Once the Reward is credited to the eligible Users’ BoostUP account, the Boost Stars will appear in “Boost Stars History” in the Boost App. The validity of the Reward is subject to Boost Terms and Conditions, and Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions.
5. The Boost Stars may be used to redeem any gifts/vouchers/wallet from the BoostUP Rewards catalogue, subject to applicable terms and conditions. The Reward is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
