Feedback & Complaint Resolution

Easy steps to resolve your feedback or complaint.

Your feedback will be acknowledged and resolved within five (5) working days or sooner. If your complaint requires further investigation or additional information, we’ll inform you of the extended timeframe and keep you updated on the progress until it’s resolved.

Additional avenues of resolving disputes If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your service or complaint, you may refer the matter to either of the following bodies who will help to settle any disputes.
