CAMPAIGN 1: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOST X LAZADA 10.10 – RM5 OFF PROMOTION (“CAMPAIGN”)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions and Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iii) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period   
10 October 2022 until 12 October 2022

Eligibility   
This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics:   
1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who have collected the RM5 Boost Lazada voucher in the form of voucher code (“Voucher”) via Boost app (by clicking on Lazada’s Online Shopping Tile and on the “What’s New” Card on Lazada app), must spend a minimum of RM80 (excluding delivery charges) in a single transaction on Lazada’s website (https://www.lazada.com.my/) or Lazada’s mobile app and make payment with Boost (“Transaction”) to be eligible to utilise the Voucher and enjoy RM5 off their total Transaction amount.

2. The utilisation of the Voucher is limited to the number of Voucher utilisations for the respective Voucher Collection Dates set out in Table 1 below and on a first-come, first-served basis only.

3. Each eligible Customer may only be able to collect and utilise one (1) Voucher per Voucher Collection Date under this Campaign.

4. For the avoidance of doubt, the:

a) Voucher collected will be automatically applied at the “Checkout” page prior to making the payment with Boost, upon selecting Boost as the payment channel;   
b) Voucher is not valid to be used with any other vouchers, promotions and/or offers; and   
c) Voucher is not applicable for fine jewelry/ gold, digital goods and milk formula products (0-1 year old) sold by/ on Lazada.

5. Voucher collected must be utilised by the respective Voucher Expiry set out in Table 1 above. Any unutilised Voucher shall expire and be forfeited automatically without notice and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or Lazada.
