Stand a Chance To Win a Laptop

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF STAND A CHANCE TO WIN A LAPTOP (“Campaign”)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”/ “Boost”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions and Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and (iii) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

15 April 2024 until 31 May 2024

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to Boost users who hold Basic Wallet only (“Customers”). This Campaign is not applicable to Boost users who hold Premium Wallet or Premium 10K Wallet.

Important Notice:

1. By participating in the following Campaign, you hereby acknowledge and agree to:
(a) The terms and conditions of the following Campaign set out below; and 
(b) The terms of our Privacy Notice and you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information: (i) for the purposes of the Campaign; and/or (ii) in accordance with our Privacy Notice at https://myboost.co/privacy-policy;
(c) Allow and authorize eCode to disclose the following details for purposes of its winners’ announcement on via its social media pages and where applicable, Boost mobile application (“Boost App”), if you win the Prize under the following Campaign:
i. Your Boost registered name and masked phone number (012-345XXXX),
without first obtaining any further consent from you nor making any payment whatsoever to you.

2. In the event that you disagree to have your details as set out in paragraph 1 above to be disclosed by eCode, you shall email to marketing@myboost.co to express your disagreement and decision to be opted-out from the following Campaign. In such instances, you have opted-out from and no longer be eligible to win any Prize under the following Campaign and shall not be entitled to receive any entry to participate or receive any reward/ prize under the following Campaign.

Campaign Mechanics

1. Customers who successfully upgrade their Boost wallet from Basic Wallet to Premium 10K Wallet during the Campaign Period stand a chance to win one (1) computer device (“Prize”).

2. At the end of the Campaign Period, eCode will select one (1) eligible Customer to be the winner of the Prize provided that the eligible Customer answers question(s) from eCode correctly (“Winner”).

3. Only one (1) Prize will be given throughout the Campaign Period under this Campaign.

4. The Winner will receive a winner notification/confirmation email from Boost’s official email (marketing@myboost.co). The Winner must respond to Boost’s official email with his/her details (as required) for Prize fulfilment purposes within forty-eight (48) hours from the delivery time of the Boost’s official email, failing which, the Prize shall be forfeited, and eCode shall be entitled to select another eligible Customer to be the new Winner for the Prize, and the Winner (who fails to respond within stipulated time) shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
