BoostPlay Credit is a digital credit that you can redeem from the BoostUP Rewards catalogue using a combination of Boost Stars and Boost wallet balance.

Once redeemed, the credit will be stored in your BoostPlay Credit Wallet and can be used to make purchases on the BoostPlay website.

The BoostPlay website is a platform where you can purchase game top‑ups quickly and securely.

After a successful payment, your top-up will be delivered digitally to your game account or in-game mailbox, depending on the game.

You can purchase game top-ups for supported games on the BoostPlay website. We’re continuously adding more games, so check the website regularly for the latest selection.

Get your BoostPlay Credit in 4 easy steps:

1. Open your Boost app, tap the BoostPlay tile under “Recommended For You”

go to Rewards, tap Explore Catalogue, and select the BoostPlay tile under the Browse section

2. Select your preferred credit package (RM5, RM10, RM20, RM30, or RM50)

3. Complete payment using Boost Stars and your Boost Wallet balance.

4. You can then see your purchased credit under the "BoostPlay Credit Wallet".

You will also receive an email with instructions on how to use your BoostPlay credit. Please ensure your email address is valid and you have access to it.

If your BoostPlay Credit Wallet does not appear in your BoostPlay Wallet after a successful purchase, you can manually redeem the credit through your Boost app. 

Please follow these steps:

1. Open your Boost app, select Rewards.

2. Tap My Rewards.

3. Follow the on-screen steps to add the credit to your BoostPlay Credit Wallet.

Once redeemed, the BoostPlay Credit will be credited to your BoostPlay Credit Wallet and will be ready to use on your purchases on the BoostPlay website.

If you still cannot locate the reward, please reach out to the Boost Support Team for further assistance.

IMPORTANT:

If your BoostPlay Credit Wallet is not automatically credited to your BoostPlay Wallet after purchase, you must manually redeem the Redemption Code by the 15th of the following month.
If the code is not redeemed by the 15th of the following month, the purchased credit package will expire and will not be refunded, extended or reinstated.

Example scenario for manual redemption:

1. You purchase a BoostPlay Credit on 30 April 2026.
2. If the purchase is not credited automatically, you must redeem the code manually before 15 May 2026.

NOTE: If the code is not redeemed by this date, the purchased credit will expire.

To use your BoostPlay Credit on the BoostPlay website, follow these steps:

1. Check the email you received after purchasing BoostPlay Credit and tap on the BoostPlay link provided.

2. On the BoostPlay website:

II. Enter the required details, such as, Game ID, server, and email address.

III. Proceed to checkout and make payment using your BoostPlay Credit.

IV. Once payment is successful, your top-up will be delivered digitally to your game account.

If your BoostPlay Credit Wallet balance is insufficient to cover a purchase, the remaining amount will be automatically deducted from your main Boost Wallet.

Example:

  • BoostPlay Credit Wallet balance: RM10 
  • Purchase amount: RM18 

Payment breakdown:

  • RM10 from BoostPlay Credit Wallet 
  • RM8 from main Boost Wallet

Yes, you can use your PayFlex credit to make purchases on the BoostPlay website. However, the BoostPlay Credit Wallet is not applicable when paying with PayFlex. The BoostPlay Credit Wallet is only applicable when the selected payment method is Boost Wallet.

 

No, a Boost account is required to checkout on the BoostPlay website.

If you do not have a Boost account yet, please download the Boost app and register using your mobile number.

Once your Boost account is created and your wallet is activated, you can browse the game top-ups in the BoostPlay website and start purchasing.

BoostPlay Credit is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited into your BoostPlay Credit Wallet.

Please make sure to use the credit within this period, as any unused amount will expire automatically after 30 days and cannot be refunded, extended or reinstated.

No. Each BoostPlay redemption code can only be used once.

 

No. Once payment is completed, all purchases are final and cannot be refunded, cancelled, modified, transferred or converted back to cash.

This applies to:

  • BoostPlay credit purchased from the BoostUP Rewards catalogue.
  • Game top‑ups purchased on the BoostPlay website.

Please double-check all details, such as game ID, email, and item selection before confirming your purchase.

Most orders are delivered instantly or within a few minutes after payment is confirmed. In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to system or network delays. We recommend waiting up to 24 hours before contacting the Support Team.

 

Game top-ups will be credited directly to your game account.

In some cases, the purchased items may be delivered through the in-game mailbox, depending on the game provider. Please check your in-game mailbox if the items do not appear immediately in your account.

If you have a question or encounter a problem, please reach out to Boost Support and share the relevant details (e.g.  account and issue details and transaction/error screenshots).

For top-up delivery issues:

Most top-ups are delivered instantly, but in some cases, there may be slight delays. We recommend waiting up to 24 hours before contacting the support team.

A full review may take up to 20 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be completed.
