Terms & Conditions of Boost Lokal Kita RM6.90 Partner Wallet Mass Campaign (“Terms and Conditions”)
This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company Reg. No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions, Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.
In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) the Terms and Conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.
Campaign Period
1. This Campaign commences from 17 August 2026 until 20 September 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
2. Throughout the Campaign Period, there will be five (5) rounds of rewards disbursement (“Round”) as stipulated in the table below:

Eligibility
This Campaign is applicable to existing user of the Boost mobile application (“Boost App”) who opened a Boost App account before 17th August 2026.
(hereinafter referred to as “Customers”, each an “Customer”).
Campaign Reward
This Campaign offers a RM6.90 Wallet Voucher in the form of Boost Lokal Kita Partner Wallet within the Boost App (“Partner Wallet Reward”).
Campaign Mechanic
1. Each Customer will receive one (1) Partner Wallet Reward for Round 1.
2. Each Customer may continue to receive one (1) Partner Wallet Reward in each subsequent Round during the Campaign Period, provided that the Customer has not fully utilized the RM6.90 Partner Wallet Reward amount in any previous Round. For clarity, Customers may refer to illustration in Paragraph 3 of the Partner Wallet Utilization.
3. Each Customer is only entitled to receive one (1) Partner Wallet Reward per Round.
Partner Wallet Utilization
1. The Partner Wallet Reward may only be utilized for in-store DuitNow QR payments via Scan & Pay on the Boost App (“Eligible Transaction”).
2. No minimum transaction amount is required to utilize the Partner Wallet Reward. For each Eligible Transaction, the Partner Wallet Reward will deduct only 10% of the Eligible Transaction amount, subject to a maximum deduction of RM6.90. Any remaining transaction amount shall be payable using the Customer’s Boost App balance.
3. The utilization scenarios are illustrated below:

4. Utilization of the Partner Wallet Reward is subject to the first 609 successful utilizations in each Round (“Utilization Cap”) on a first come, first served basis. Once the Utilization Cap has been reached, Customers will no longer be able to utilize the Partner Wallet Reward for the relevant Round, despite the Partner Wallet Reward balance remains available in their Boost App.
5. The Partner Wallet Reward must be utilized within the validity period of each applicable Round as stipulated below:

6. Any unutilized balance remaining after 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the applicable Round will automatically expire and be forfeited without further notice, and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.

Additional Terms
(i) eCode reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate this Campaign or any part thereof with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
(ii) eCode reserves the absolute right to substitute any Reward(s) with that of similar value at any time without prior notice. Reward is not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable in any other form for whatever reason.
(iii) eCode reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Customer from this Campaign and/or forfeit any Prize if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or any non-compliance with the Terms & Conditions.
(iv) The Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
