Boost PayFlex 0% Profit Rate + RM6 Cashback for New PayFlex User

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOST PAYFLEX 0% PROFIT RATE + RM6 CASHBACK FOR NEW PAYFLEX USER CAMPAIGN (“CAMPAIGN”)

This Campaign is organised by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”) in collaboration with Axiata Digital Capital Sdn Bhd (Company No. 201601006143 (1177069-D)) (“Boost Credit”), collectively referred to as “Boost”. By participating in this Campaign, eligible Customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which shall form an integral part of and be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions, and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of conflict, the order of precedence shall be (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost General Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost PayFlex Terms and Conditions.

A. Campaign Period
This campaign shall commence from 23rd February 2026 until 19th April 2026 (“Campaign Period”).

B. Eligibility

1. This Campaign shall be applicable only to new Boost App users selected at eCode`s discretion (“Customer(s)”).

2. During the Campaign Period, Customers who are newly onboarded as Boost PayFlex users and have no prior PayFlex transaction history, shall be required to perform a minimum spend of RM68 in a single PayFlex transaction (the “Transaction”), in order to be eligible to receive a RM6 cashback in the form of partner wallets (“Reward”).

C. Campaign Mechanics

I. 0% Profit Rate for the First Month

3. During the Campaign Period, where a Customer registers as a new Boost PayFlex user via the Boost Mobile Application (the “Boost App”) and perform a Boost PayFlex transaction under any instalment plan (3, 6, 9, 12, 18, or 24 months), the Customer shall be entitled to enjoy a 0% profit rate for the first month only and is limited to a maximum of one (1) Boost PayFlex transaction.

4. This would mean no instalment charge is applied for the first month after the transaction. The standard PayFlex profit rate of 2.5% per month will apply to all remaining instalments thereafter.

II. RM6 Cashback

5. Additionally, where a Customer performs a Boost PayFlex transaction with a minimum spend of RM68 under any instalment plan (3, 6, 9, 12, 18, or 24 months) during the Campaign Period, the Customer will be eligible to receive RM6 cashback (the “Reward”).

6. For avoidance of doubt, the 0% profit rate benefit is not dependent on receiving the Reward, and vice versa. Customers may enjoy both benefits provided they perform the respective qualifying transactions during the Campaign Period.

7. This Reward is limited to one-time use per eligible Customer during the Campaign Period.

8. The Reward is limited to the first 8,000 new Customers of Boost PayFlex who successfully completes the Transaction during the Campaign Period, on a first-come, first-served basis to which the receivers will be notified via push notifications.

D. Reward Disbursement and Utilisation

9. Subject to the above conditions, the Reward will be credited in the form of “PayFlex RM6 Cashback Wallet”, which will be visible under the “My Partner Wallets” page in the eligible Customer’s Boost App within fourteen (14) working days after the end of the Campaign Period.

10. Each eligible Customer may receive a maximum of one (1) Reward under this Campaign.

11. No minimum spend is required to utilise the Reward. However, the Reward may only be utilised for transactions made at any Boost Merchant nationwide via the Boost App.

12. The Reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

13. The Reward shall be valid for thirty (30) days from the date of receipt or until full utilisation, whichever occurs first. Any unutilized Reward shall automatically expire and be forfeited without notice, and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode in respect of any expired or forfeited Reward.

E. Miscellaneous

14. Participation in this Campaign is conducted entirely online via the Boost App and requires a stable internet connection.

15. eCode reserves the right to substitute the rewards with items of equal or greater value without prior notice.

16. Any fraud, abuse or suspicious activity relating to the Customer`s participation may result in forfeiture of eligibility and Rewards.

17. eCode reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate this Campaign or any part thereof with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

18. By participating in this Campaign, the Customer shall consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data in accordance with Boost’s Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

19. This Campaign and any related terms, conditions, disputes, or claims shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Campaign or the Reward shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

20. Customers are obliged to refrain from responding to any requests to transfer funds to personal or third-party accounts, or to any messages or notifications that are not officially issued through the Boost App. Boost will never instruct Customers to make such transfers or respond to external communications. Boost shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or actions arising from a Customer’s failure to comply with this obligation, including engaging with fraudulent parties or scammers.

21. Boost’s decisions on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding. No correspondence, appeals, or disputes will be entertained.
