Beyond Travel with RM10 eSIM Partner Wallet Campaign
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BEYOND TRAVEL WITH RM10 eSIM PARTNER WALLET CAMPAIGN (“Campaign”)
This Campaign is organised by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode” and/or “Boost”) in partnership with Great Eastern General Insurance (Malaysia) Berhad (“Great Eastern”). By participating in this Campaign, eligible Participants (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.
In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, the following order of precedence shall apply:
(i) these terms and conditions;
(ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions;
(iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and
(iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.
A. Campaign Period
This Campaign shall commence from 18th March 2026 until 31st December 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
B. Eligibility
1. This Campaign is applicable to individuals who has successfully purchased the Beyond Travel International Journey Travel Insurance Policy (“Policy”) via the “Insurance” application tile on the Boost mobile application (“Boost App”) during the Campaign Period (hereinafter referred to as “Participant(s)”). Participants under the Local/Domestic Travel Policies are not eligible for the Campaign.
Participation in this Campaign is conducted entirely online via the Boost App and requires a stable internet connection.
C. Campaign Mechanics
1. Participants who successfully purchase a Beyond Travel International Journey Travel Insurance Policy during the Campaign Period using the Boost App are entitled to receive a RM10 eSIM Partner Wallet Credit (“Reward”).
2. The Campaign Participation is limited to the first fifty (50) eligible Participants per month where each user is allowed to receive one (1) Reward for utilisation.
3. Boost reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the applicable Reward if a Participant meets the eligibility criteria for more than one Reward.
D. Reward Disbursement and Utilisation
RM10 eSIM Partner Wallet Credit (“Reward”)
1. Subject to these terms and conditions, the Reward will be credited into the eligible Participant’s Boost App account within fourteen (14) working days from the successful policy purchase, in the form of “RM10 eSIM Partner Wallet” under “My Partner Wallets” in the Boost App.
2. The Reward is available on a first-come, first-served basis and Boost reserves the right to discontinue the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
3. No minimum spend is required to utilize the “RM10 eSIM Partner Wallet”. However, it may only be used for eSIM purchases within the Boost App.
4. The Reward is non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account or exchanged for cash, or used for payments made through non-Boost DuitNow QR codes.
5. The Reward shall be valid for ninety (90) days from the day of receipt or until full utilisation, whichever occurs first. Any unutilized Reward shall expire and be forfeited automatically without notice and the Participant shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or Great Eastern.
E. Miscellaneous
1. Participation in this Campaign is conducted entirely online via the Boost App and requires a stable internet connection.
2. Boost reserves the right to substitute the Reward with items of equal or greater value without prior notice.
3. Any fraud, abuse or suspicious activity relating to the Participant`s participation may result in forfeiture of eligibility and Rewards.
4. Boost reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate this Campaign or any part thereof with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
5. By participating in this Campaign, Participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data in accordance with Boost’s Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
6. This Campaign and any related terms, conditions, disputes, or claims shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Campaign or the Reward shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
7. Customers are obliged to refrain from responding to any requests to transfer funds to personal or third-party accounts, or to any messages or notifications that are not officially issued through the Boost App. Boost will never instruct Customers to make such transfers or respond to external communications. Boost shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or actions arising from a Customer’s failure to comply with this obligation, including engaging with fraudulent parties or scammers.
8. Boost’s decisions on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding. No correspondence, appeals, or disputes will be entertained.
