BOOST RAYA 2026 8X BOOST STARS FLEXIREDEEM REDEMPTION MASS CAMPAIGN (“CAMPAIGN”)
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE CAMPAIGN (“TERMS AND CONDITIONS”)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Eligible Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions, and Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) the Terms and Conditions; (ii) Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period:
This Campaign commences from 23 February 2026 until 12 April 2026 (“Campaign Period”)

Eligibility:
This Campaign is applicable to all new and existing Boost mobile application (“Boost App”) users (“Eligible Customers”, each a “Eligible Customer”).

Campaign Rewards:
I. The Campaign offers the reward of 8X Boost Stars based on the monetary amount paid using Boost eWallet (“Bonus Boost Stars”).`
II. The total amount of Bonus Boost Stars is limited to 4,000,000 Boost Stars disbursement (“Maximum Cap”) or until the end of the Campaign Period, whichever comes first. 
III. Subject to the Maximum Cap, each Customer may receive Bonus Boost Stars up to a maximum of 4,000 Boost Stars per transaction within the Campaign Period.

Campaign Mechanics:
1. To participate in the Campaign, Eligible Customers must perform the following transaction to stand a chance to win the Bonus Boost Stars:

(a) Redeem any or all item(s) listed under the “FlexiRedeem” tab in the BoostUP Rewards Catalogue (“FlexiRedeem Redemption”); and
(b) Complete the FlexiRedeem Redemption using a combination of Boost Stars and money from the Eligible Customer’s Boost eWallet. 
For the avoidance of doubt, FlexiRedeem Redemption paid using money received from “Boost Credit” redemptions shall not be eligible for this Campaign.

2. For clarification, Eligible Customers may make multiple FlexiRedeem Redemption using a combination of Boost Stars and money from the Eligible Customer’s Boost eWallet during the Campaign Period, subject to items availability in the BoostUP Rewards Catalogue in the Boost App.

Bonus Boost Stars Fulfilment
i) The Bonus Boost Stars will be credited into the Eligible Customer’s Boost App within seven (7) days from the last day of the Campaign Period, and the Bonus Boost stars will be visible under the eligible Customer’s “Boost Stars History” page.
ii) All Bonus Boost Stars credited under this Campaign must be utilized by 31 May 2026 at 23:59. Any unutilized Bonus Boost Stars shall expire and be automatically forfeited without notice, and the Eligible Customers shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
iii) All Boost Stars credited under this Campaign are not applicable for Stars Expiry Extension.
iv) For clarity, Eligible Customers who have received the Bonus Boost Stars under this Campaign are not entitled to the default number of Boost Stars which are tied to the Eligible Customer’s BoostUP level.

Additional Terms
I. eCode reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate this Campaign or any part thereof with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
II. eCode reserves the absolute rights to substitute the Bonus Boost Stars with other rewards of similar value at any time without prior notice. All rewards and Bonus Boost Stars are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable in any other form for whatever reason.
III. eCode’s decisions in any matter in relation to the Campaign, including but not limited to the Bonus Boost Stars entitlement, are final and conclusive.
IV. eCode reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Customer from this Campaign and/or forfeit any reward if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or any non-compliance with the Terms & Conditions.
V. The Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

For illustration purpose only
If an Eligible Customer redeems an item under the “FlexiRedeem” tab using 2,000 Boost Stars plus RM20 from Boost eWallet during the Campaign Period, the Eligible Customer will receive 8X Boost Stars for the RM20 payment despite the Eligible Customer’s BoostUP tier being a Silver Sergeant, i.e. earning 160 Boost Stars (8 x RM20) from the FlexiRedeem Redemption.
