TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOST PAYFLEX RM10 CASHBACK CAMPAIGN (“CAMPAIGN”)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions, and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions. 
In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period
1 April 2024 until 30 April 2024

Eligibility 
This Campaign shall be applicable to selected Boost users only (“Customer(s)”).

Campaign Mechanics:

1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum of RM150 in a single transaction on the Boost app and successfully use the “Boost PayFlex – Pay in 3 Months Instalments” or “Boost PayFlex – Pay in 6 Months Instalments” feature via the Boost App (‘’Transaction”) will be entitled to enjoy a RM10 cashback (“Reward”).

2. The utilization of the Rewards is only limited to the first 100,000 users throughout the Campaign Period, on a first-come, first-served basis. 

3. Subject to paragraph 2 above, for eligible and successful Transactions, the Reward will be credited via a General Partner Wallet and be visible under the “My Partner Wallets” page in their Boost app within 14 days after the end of the Campaign Period. 

4. Subject to paragraph 2 above, each eligible Customer may only receive and utilize a maximum of one (1) Reward under this Campaign. For clarity, each Reward is for single use/transaction only.

5. No minimum spend is required to utilize the Reward, but the Reward may only be utilized when making a transaction at any Boosted merchants nationwide and make payment with Boost only.

6. Each of the Reward shall be valid for thirty (30) days from receipt or until full usage/ utilization, whichever comes first. Any unutilized Reward shall expire and be automatically forfeited without notice, and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
