TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PAYFLEX REFER AND EARN (DEC 2024 – DEC 2025) (“Campaign”)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions, which shall form an integral part of and be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions, and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order: (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period
15 December 2024 – 31 December 2025

Eligibility
This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”), subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Campaign Mechanics below.

Campaign Mechanics
1. Each eligible Customer (“Referrer”) may receive a Referral Reward (as defined below) for each Successful Referral (as defined below) of a new Boost PayFlex user who has fulfilled the criteria in paragraph 2 below (“Referee”).

2. Referee must complete the following steps within the Campaign Period (“Successful Referral”) for the Referrer to be eligible to receive the Referral Reward under this Campaign:

a. Use the Referrer’s invite code during registration on the PayFlex onboarding flow; and

b. Complete first PayFlex transaction of a minimum amount of RM100; and

c. Make the first repayment.

3. The Referrer and Referee will each receive a reward worth RM10 in their respective Boost account upon each Successful Referral or after the first repayment is successfully completed by the Referee (the reward to the Referrer to be referred to as the “Referral Reward”, and in the case of the reward to the Referee, to be referred as the “Referee Reward”).

4. A notification will be sent to:
(a) the Referrer after the Referral Reward has been credited into the Referrer’s Boost account upon each Successful Referral. The Referral Reward will be visible as “PayFlex Referral Reward” in the “My Partner Wallets” page in the Boost mobile application (“Boost App”); and

(b) the Referee after the Referee Reward has been credited into the Referee’s Boost account upon each Successful Referral and subject to the first PayFlex transaction (referred to in paragraph 2(b) above) is not refunded or voided. The Referee Reward will be visible as “PayFlex Referee Reward” in the “My Partner Wallets” page in the Boost App.

5. eCode reserves the right to:
(a) impose, revise, or remove limits on the total rewards a Referrer and/ or Referee can earn at any time without prior notice;

(b) alter or modify the referral program mechanics, eligibility criteria, or reward structure at any time at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice; and

(c) terminate participation in this Campaign or any referral program and decline to grant rewards if it determines, at its sole discretion, that fraudulent activity, abuse, or any violation of the terms and conditions has occurred.

6. Referees participating in this Campaign cannot concurrently participate in any other campaigns and be entitled to earn any reward thereunder such other campaigns.

7. The Referee’s first PayFlex transaction (referred to in paragraph 2(b) above) must not be refunded or voided. If any refund or void occurs, the Referee Reward will be forfeited.

8. For clarity, by participating in this Campaign, both Referrer and Referee agree that: 
a. the progress of each Referee’s participation in the referral program under this Campaign will be tracked by eCode, including the status of their first PayFlex transaction and first repayment, to ensure compliance with the campaign requirements; and
b. eCode is allowed to share such progress with the Referrer; and 
c. the Referrer shall have visibility of the Referee’s progress (as mentioned above) via the referral program tracker in the Boost App.

9. The Referral Reward and the Referee Reward may be used to perform any transaction on the Boost App, except for:

(i) Sending money; and

(ii) Transferring out to any bank account.

10. The Referral Reward must be utilized within thirty (30) days upon receipt by the Referrer. Any unutilized Referral Reward shall expire and be forfeited automatically without notice, and the Referrer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.

11. The Referee Reward must be utilized within thirty (30) days upon receipt by the Referee. Any unutilized Referee Reward shall expire and be forfeited automatically without notice, and the Referee shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.'
