TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOST GO BEYOND ACQUISITION CAMPAIGN

The Campaigns are held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaigns, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions, Boost Beyond Card Terms and Conditions, and Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Beyond Card Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions; (iv) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (v) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period 

1 April 2024 – 30 June 2024

A. Sign Up for a Physical Beyond Card and Enjoy a Free Inside Scoop Ice-Cream

Campaign Mechanics:

1) Customers who have successfully applied for a physical Boost Beyond Card during the Campaign Period (“Eligible Cardholders”) will be eligible to receive a Free Inside Scoop Ice-Cream (single scoop of all flavour except double premium flavours) voucher worth RM11.50, to be disbursed to the said Eligible Cardholders via the <For You Catalogue> in their Boost App (“Reward”). 

2) The Reward is limited and given to the first 13,000 Eligible Cardholders only throughout the Campaign Period, on a first-come, first-served basis.

3) Subject to availability in paragraph 2 above, each Eligible Cardholder will receive the Reward three (3) weeks after their successful application date for the physical Boost Beyond Card, and each Eligible Cardholder is only entitled to receive and utilize the Reward one time throughout the Campaign Period. 

4) In order to redeem/ enjoy the Reward, the eligible Cardholder must inform the host/hostess of their intention to utilize the Reward.

5) The Reward is subject to the following terms and conditions by The Inside Scoop Sdn. Bhd. (which may be varied from time to time by The Inside Scoop Sdn. Bhd.): 
a. valid for dine-in and take away at all Inside Scoop outlets in Malaysia, except for B.I.G Publika and IPC Shopping Center; 
b. not valid with other discounts/ offers/ promotions, nor valid with any point redemptions;
c. non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash in part or full;
d. limited to one (1) redemption per Eligible Cardholder;
e. each Reward is for single use only;
f. phone number must be provided upon redemption of the Reward;
g. valid until 31 July 2024, failing which the Reward will expire and be forfeited without notice.  

6) eCode is not an agent of The Inside Scoop Sdn. Bhd., their subsidiary or affiliate and makes no representation/ warranties/ endorsement as to the quality/ merchantability/ fitness of the goods and services sold/ provided by The Inside Scoop Sdn. Bhd. (“Product”) and eCode shall not be liable for any injury/ loss/ damages suffered from use of Product. Please refer to The Inside Scoop Sdn. Bhd. for matters in relation to the Product. 

7) For clarity, the redemption of the Reward may be subject to further terms and conditions of The Inside Scoop Sdn. Bhd. (including the right to replace the Products eligible for the Reward, with item(s) of similar value without prior notice) and the redemption of the Reward is to be honoured by The Inside Scoop Sdn. Bhd., not eCode. As such, Customers and/ or Eligible Cardholders shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode if the redemption for the Reward is not honoured by The Inside Scoop Sdn. Bhd
