TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DESARU COAST WATERPARK RM20 CASHBACK CAMPAIGN (“CAMPAIGN”)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period 
1 February 2024 up to and until 30 April 2024

Eligibility
This Campaign shall only be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

1. During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum of RM150 in a single transaction at Adventure Waterpark Desaru Coast Ticket Counter and pay with Boost (“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive a cashback of RM20 (“Reward”).

2. The Reward is only limited to the first 500 utilisations throughout the Campaign Period on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Subject to paragraph 2 above, the Reward will be credited immediately into the eligible Customers’ RM20 Adventure Waterpark Desaru Coast Wallet in their Boost app upon eligible and successful Transaction.

4. Subject to paragraph 2 above, each eligible Customer may only receive up to a maximum of one (1) Reward under this Campaign. For clarity, each Reward is for single use/transaction only.

5. No minimum spend is required to utilise the Reward, but the Reward may only be utilised when making a transaction at Adventure Waterpark Desaru Coast Ticket Counter or Seafarer Gift Shop and pay with Boost only.

6. The Reward shall be valid until 30 April 2024 or until full usage/ utilisation, whichever comes first. Any unutilised Reward shall expire and be forfeited automatically without notice and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or TAR Riverwalk Sdn Bhd.
