Boost Birthday Getaway 2023 Mass Campaign

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOST BIRTHDAY GETAWAY 2023 MASS CAMPAIGN (“Campaign”)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

1 October 2023 to 31 December 2023.

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost Users. 

Campaign Mechanics

1. Customers may complete B’day Getaway Missions (“Missions”) via the “My Missions” page on the Boost App to earn the number of entries based on the Missions completed as stipulated in the table below:

2. Each Customer may only complete each Mission for a maximum of six (6) times in each Round and the entries earned for each Round shall be capped at a maximum of forty-eight (48) entries.

3. Throughout the entire Campaign Period, there will be three (3) rounds as stipulated in the table below (“Round”):

4. eCode will select eleven (11) winners (“Winners”) per Round based on the highest number of entries and earliest date and time of completion of the Missions to win one (1) prize as stipulated in the table below (“Prize”):

(i) Return economy flight tickets for two (2) persons;

(ii) Accommodation; and

(iii) Airport transfers in South Korea.

Round 3: 1 Winner

Holiday package to Türkiye for 2 persons which includes:

 

(i) Return economy flight tickets for two (2) persons;

(ii) Accommodation; and

(iii) Airport transfers in Türkiye.

Runner Up Prize

Each Round: 10 Winners

RM100 Boost Wallet 

 

5. The Winners will be selected within fourteen (14) working days after the end of each Round. Each Customer may only win one (1) Prize under this Campaign.

6. The Grand Prize Winners will receive a winner confirmation email from Boost’s official email address ([email protected]).

7. The Grand Prize Winners must respond to Boost’s official email with their details for Prize fulfilment purposes within five (5) working days from the delivery time of Boost’s official email, failing which, the Prize shall be forfeited, and the Winners shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.

8. Grand Prize Winners are required to make a reservation directly with the Travel Agency, using the contact details provided by eCode. Any dispute(s) arising from the Grand Prize must be settled directly by the Grand Prize Winner and the Travel Agency. eCode is not responsible for investigating or resolving any disputes between the Grand Prize Winner and the Travel Agency and is not responsible for replacing or cancelling any redemption as a result of such dispute(s). For clarity, the Grand Prize may be subjected to further terms and conditions of the Travel Agency.

9. The Runner Up Prize Winners will receive a push notification from the Boost app and Prize fulfilment will occur within thirty (30) working days after the end of the Campaign Period.

10. eCode reserves the absolute rights to substitute any Prize(s) with that of similar value at any time without prior notice. All Prizes are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable in any other form for whatever reason. All Prizes are given on an “as is” basis.

11. eCode’s decisions in any matter in relation to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.

Important Notice:

A. By participating in this Campaign, you hereby consent and authorize eCode to disclose: 

(i) your Boost registered name and masked phone number (012-345XXXX) for purposes of announcing the Winners of the Campaign via its social media pages and where applicable, Boost mobile application (“Boost App”); and 

(ii) your personal information to the Travel Agency for purposes of fulfilment of the Grand Prize, without first obtaining any further consent from you nor making any payment whatsoever to you.

B. In the event that you disagree to have your details as set out in paragraph A above to be disclosed by eCode, you shall email to [email protected]

to express your disagreement and decision to be opted-out from this Campaign. In such instances, you have opted-out from and no longer be eligible to win the Prize under this Campaign and shall not be entitled to receive any entry to participate in or receive any reward/ prize under this Campaign.

C. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Notice and you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information : (i) for the purposes of this Campaign; and/or (ii) in accordance with our Privacy Notice at https://myboost.co/privacy-policy
