TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOST BIRTHDAY 7X BOOST STARS 2024 MASS CAMPAIGN (“Campaign”)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions, and Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Loyalty Programme “BoostUp” Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period:
7 October 2024 – 31 October 2024

Eligibility:
This Campaign is applicable to all Boost mobile application (“Boost App”) users (“Customers”, each a “Customer”).

Terms & Conditions:

1. During the Campaign Period, Customer that spends a minimum of RM70 via Boost App on any Transaction set out in paragraph 2 below, may earn 7 times Boost Stars for every RM1 spent (“Reward”), capped at 7,000 Boost Stars per Transaction.
2. The eligible transactions are set out below (each a “Transaction”):
   a. Bill & utility payment via Boost App,
   b. Prepaid Top Up and Data Package payments via Boost App,
   c. Postpaid bill payments via Boost App,
   d. In-Store payment using Boost App or
   e. Online payment using Boost App. 
3. Subject to paragraph 5 below, upon successful Transaction, the Reward will be credited into the eligible Customer’s BoostUP account, and be visible under the eligible Customer’s “Boost Stars History” page within his/ her Boost App.
4. Subject to the Maximum Cap (as defined below), each Customer may receive the Reward for up to three (3) Transactions only within the Campaign Period.
5. The Reward is limited to the first 70,000,000 Boost Stars disbursement or until the end of the Campaign Period, whichever comes first (“Maximum Cap”).
6. The Rewards (successfully credited and received under this Campaign) must be utilized within the default Boost Stars’ validity period of nine (9) months or three quarters from receipt, whichever comes earlier. Any unutilized Rewards shall expire and be automatically forfeited without notice, and the Customers shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode.
7. eCode reserves the absolute rights to substitute the Reward(s) with other rewards of similar value at any time without prior notice. All Rewards are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable in any other form for whatever reason.
8. eCode’s decisions in any matter in relation to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive.
