New Merchants Boost Merdeka Rewards Campaign
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF NEW MERCHANTS – BOOST MERDEKA REWARDS CAMPAIGN (“CAMPAIGN”)
This Campaign is organised by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode” and/or “Boost”). By participating in this Campaign, Merchants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which shall form an integral part of and are to be read together with the Boost Merchant Terms and Conditions and Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by the following order of precedence:
(i) these Terms and Conditions;
(ii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and
(iii) Boost Merchant Terms and Conditions.
Campaign Period
This Campaign shall commence from 1st August 2025 until 30th September 2025 (“Campaign Period”)
Eligibility
1. This Campaign is open exclusively to new Boost Merchants (“Merchants”) who:
(a) Successfully signs up as a Boost Merchant via the Boost website, Boost Biz app, or through authorised Boost agents during the Campaign Period; and
(b) Completes a minimum of 50 unique customer transactions using Boost DuitNow QR (“Boost DNQR”) during the Campaign Period.
“50 unique customer transaction” shall mean one new transaction per customer made to the Merchant through Boost DNQR until a minimum of 50 transaction are reached. For avoidance of doubt, multiple transactions from the same customer will be counted as one (1) unique payment for the purpose of this Campaign.
Rewards Disbursement
1. At the end of the Campaign Period, ten (10) eligible Merchants will be randomly selected as winners via a raffle system.
2. No request for reshuffling or re-picking of winners will be entertained.
3. Each winner will receive Ringgit Malaysia six hundred and eighty (RM680) in cash rewards (“Reward”), which will be credited into the respective identified eligible Merchants’ bank accounts registered with eCode within ninety (90) working days after the end of the said month of the Campaign Period.
4. Each Merchant shall only be entitled to receive one (1) Reward throughout the Campaign Period.
5. Boost reserves the right to replace the Reward with another item of equal, lower or higher value without prior notice.
6. Winners of this Campaign will not be eligible to win any other Merdeka-themed contests or campaigns held by Boost during the same period, to ensure fair chances for all participants.
7. Transactions before 1 August 2025, and after 30 September 2025 will not be considered for this Campaign Reward.
General Terms
1. eCode reserves the right to verify transaction authenticity and disqualify any merchant suspected of fraud, gaming, or non-compliance.
2. The reward is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
3. eCode reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
4. eCode will never request banking details such as credit/debit card numbers, TAC, Boost Business account password, PIN, or OTP to claim the Reward. You are advised to refrain from sharing such information with unauthorised third parties.
5. eCode shall not require any upfront payment or processing fee from Merchants to participate in this campaign. Boost shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss, damage, claim, or expense suffered or incurred by any Merchant arising from, or in connection with, the reliance upon or engagement with any purported advertisements, communications, or representations made by unauthorised third parties claiming otherwise.
6. By participating in this Campaign, Merchants agree to these Terms and Conditions and any decision made by eCode in connection with the Campaign, which shall be final and binding.
7. This Campaign and any related terms, conditions disputes or claims shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
