TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HUAT MORE WITH BOOST BIZ CAMPAIGN (“Campaign”)

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T))(“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Merchants (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“this T&C”) which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Business Terms and Conditions, and Bost Campaign General Terms and Conditions (“Campaign T&C”).

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) this T&C; (ii) the Campaign T&C; and (ii) Boost Business Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period
This Campaign shall commence on 24 January 2021 until 28 February 2021 (both dates inclusive). (“Campaign Period”). Any variation/ extension thereof shall be at the sole discretion of eCode.

Eligibility
This Campaign is applicable to all selected Boost Biz registered merchants who fulfil the following criteria, and have successfully applied for (via Boost Biz’s platform) and obtained Capital Plus financing by Axiata Digital Capital Sdn Bhd (“Boost Credit”) during the Campaign Period (“Merchants”).

Criteria:
1. merchants who are registered with Surahanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) and/or authorized registration bodies and having one (1) or more outlets; or

2. merchants who are Malaysian or holding Malaysia Permanent Residency (PR) status aged 18 years and above, but not registered with SSM.

Campaign Mechanics

(a) To participate in the Campaign, an eligible Merchant will need to apply for the Capital Plus financing by Boost Credit during the Campaign Period via Boost Biz’s platforms.

(b) The Merchant whom have successfully applied for and received Capital Plus financing by Boost Credit with the minimum amount of RM10,000 during the Campaign Period will automatically be enrolled in the campaign (no manual registration or enrolment is required) and will stand a chance to win the following gifts under this Campaign (“Gift”):

(c) There are a total of one hundred (‘100’) Gifts to be given away on a first come, first served basis. Eligible Merchants will be notified via email and/or phone call (registered with eCode), and must contact eCode (via communication method as set out in eCode’s notice), within three (3) working days thereafter for the Gift redemption.

(d) The Gifts offered under this Campaign are not transferable. eCode reserves the right to substitute and replace the Gifts offered with another gift of equal value or higher value as eCode deems fit.

(e) The following person(s) are NOT eligible to participate in this Campaign:
i) where the Boost Credit account(s) is delinquent, suspended, cancelled, or the Boost Credit account holder is in breach of any terms and conditions herein and/or its Boost Credit Financing agreement during the Campaign Period;
ii) Boost Credit account holders who are in default of any facility granted by Boost Credit at any time;
iii) permanent and contract employees of Axiata Group of Companies and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) are not eligible to participate in this Campaign;
iv) persons who applied for (via Boost Credit’s online platform) and obtained Boost Credit’s Capital Plus financing, and/ or have participated under the Huat More With Boost Credit Campaign held by Boost Credit.

However, should there be a request eCode will determine the eligibility at its sole discretion.

(f) Each Merchant stands a chance to receive only one (1) Gift throughout the duration of this Campaign. eCode reserves the right to amend the Gifts anytime without giving any prior notice.

(g) The Gifts will be credited to the winning Merchant’s bank account registered with eCode only by 31 May 2022.

(h) Any reference made to an eligible Merchant, or winning Merchant or Merchant in this T&C shall mean a Customer as defined in the Campaign T&C.
