TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOST BEYOND CARD X HOCX CELLULAR (M) SDN. BHD. CAMPAIGN (“Campaign”)
Campaign Period
9th October 2023 until 9th April 2024 only
Eligibility
This Campaign shall be applicable to all Boost Beyond Card users (“Customers”).
Campaign Mechanics
a. During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum of RM50 in a single transaction (“Transaction”) at any physical Hocx Cellular outlets listed in paragraph f below and pay with Boost Beyond Card will be eligible to redeem a free Handphone Data Cable (worth RM12.00 nett)(“Reward”) on the day the Transaction is made.
b. Payment must be made with a valid Boost Beyond Card in a single receipt.
c. The redemption for the Rewards is limited to the first 8,333 Transactions and on a first-come, first-served basis.
d. In order to redeem the free Handphone Data Cable, the eligible Customer must utilize the Boost Beyond Card for payment.
e. Splitting of bills for the purpose of redeeming multiple Rewards is strictly prohibited.
f. The Reward may be redeemed at the Hocx Cellular outlets below:
• 257-G, Jalan Melaka Raya 3, Taman Melaka Raya 75000 Melaka
• 189-G-03, Jalan Persiaran Bunga Raya, 75100 Melaka
• 4 & 6, Jalan TPH 17, Taman Tambak Paya Harmoni 75460 Melaka
• 19 & 21, Jalan KLJ 9, Taman Kota Laksamana Jaya 75200 Melaka
• 11, Jalan Rahmat 2, Taman Malim Jaya, 75250 Melaka
• 96, Jalan CB 1, Taman Cheng Baru, 75250 Melaka
g. The Reward is available for redemption on the day the Transaction is made during the Campaign Period until and unless the Rewards have been fully redeemed.
h. eCode is not an agent of Hocx Cellular (M) Sdn. Bhd., their subsidiary or affiliate and makes no representation/warranties/endorsement as to the quality/merchantability/fitness of the goods and services sold/provided by Hocx Cellular (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("Product") and eCode shall not be liable for any injury/loss/damages suffered from use of Product. Please refer to Hocx Cellular (M) Sdn. Bhd. for matters in relation to the Product.
i. For clarity, the redemption of the Rewards may be subject to further terms and conditions of Hocx Cellular (M) Sdn. Bhd. and the redemption of the Rewards is to be honoured by Hocx Cellular (M) Sdn. Bhd., not eCode. As such, Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode if the redemption for the Rewards is not honoured by Hocx Cellular (M) Sdn. Bhd.
eCode reserves the right to alter, cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign terms and conditions or any part thereof or any part of the applicable terms and conditions from time to time, with reasonable prior notice.
